The green star in the upper right is where you can find and add your favourites.
The bulls-eye below will center the map on your current location.
Your pick up point will be shown at the bottom of the screen. If you are happy with the information, tap “SET PICK UP“. If not, you can edit the information by tapping the pencil to the right of the address. This will help us find you easier and quicker.
Tapping on the address itself will bring up your favourites so you can choose one of them for the pick up point.
Our system uses Google Maps. It is very good, but not perfect. So here you can edit your location, partially, or completely.
If you live in a townhouse complex, or apartment, you can include this information by placing the cursor after “Street”, in this example, and input the extra info for your driver. Once you are finished with your edit, tap “CHANGE” and then “SET PICK UP“.
You can also add this to your favourites so you don’t have to fix it each time, but more on this later.
After you have set your pick up location, you will come to this screen to set your destination.
Begin by tapping in the “Type address or place” box. Your keyboard will appear so you can type in the address, or you may choose from a stored favourite.
One you are finished entering, tap “Done” on your keyboard and then if you are satisfied with the information, “SET DROP OFF“.
Once this is done, you will taken to the booking screen. Here you will see the projected route and can add other options before booking like: Set the pick up time, select your method of payment, set how many passengers (optional) and add a message for the driver.
When you get to this screen, you will see your information along with an estimate and projected route.
At this point, if you are satisfied, you can just tap on “BOOK” and your booking will handled ASAP. Please bear in mind, that like a dispatcher locating a car for you when you call, the system will be doing the same thing. An available, or suitable car for you may take several minutes. Unfortunately, it is not instant, but we try.
Our drivers know the city and road conditions well and so may or may not follow the projected route. Traffic lights, train crossings, accidents, traffic tie ups and time of day may influence the route. Also, the estimate may seem high because Google selects the quickest route. Truth be told, the fastest route is often not the shortest or cheapest route.
From here, you can also change your pick up time, payment option and input a message to the driver. These will be covered in the next steps.
By tapping on the clock in the previous screen, you will come to this screen. Here you can set your pickup time if other than asap. You can set to be picked up on 30 minutes, an hour or choose a custom date and time. Tapping “Done” will return you to the Booking screen
By tapping on “Payment” in the lower right of the Booking screen will bring you to this screen. Here, you can choose between Cash or Card Reader. If you select “Card Reader“, you will be sent a car with a Point of Sale device that can process Debit, Visa or MasterCard. Choosing “Cash“. Well. That speaks for itself. 🙂 When you have chosen your payment method, tap “Pick” to return to the Booking screen.
While on the Booking screen, tap on the Taxi and you will be brought here.
You can adjust the slider to choose how many passengers there will be, up to the capacity of the car shown under “Canadian Cab”. This is entirely optional, but please remember that we are only legally able to take as many passengers as there are seat belts for. This is set out by the Ministry of Transportation and could cost a driver his/her license if caught breaking this law.
Tap on “ADD MESSAGE TO DRIVER” to input additional information for the driver.
When you get to this screen, your keyboard will appear and you can add extra information for your driver.
This is helpful if you are at Stone Road Mall and you want to be picked up at the Pizza Pizza entrance. You may also include other things like: Need assistance, have a walker, have a bike, and/or perhaps request an unscented car, or nonsmoking driver.
When you’re finished, tap “DONE“. When you do, you be returned to the Booking screen where all you have to do is tap “BOOK“.
Once the driver has set their app to show you are in the car, you will get the “Welcome on board” screen. This will show you the driver’s name, the model and make of the car and license plate number.

By tapping the “Share” button, you can share the info with someone if you like.
This is an example widget to show how the Left sidebar looks by default. You can add custom widgets from the widgets screen in the admin. If custom widgets are added then this will be replaced by those widgets
